Shibu Warrier is an accomplished HR leader and executive coach with 25+ years of experience building high-performance organizations, leading HR transformation and enabling leaders through periods of growth, restructuring and change. His career spans large corporates, fast-growing businesses and entrepreneurial advisory work — anchored in strong business alignment and measurable impact.

Shibu has served as CHRO for NRB Bearings and Mahindra Susten, where he led people strategy, organization restructuring, performance architecture, leadership development and capability building. He has also co-founded and led Growth Spurt, a boutique leadership development and HR consulting practice, partnering with organizations across pharma, real estate, financial services, manufacturing and international telecom.

Earlier at L&T Financial Services, Shibu drove group-wide organization development, PMS redesign, leadership development programs, ESOP frameworks and M&A integration. His foundation as an Indian Army Captain gives him a deep grounding in resilience, leadership under pressure and team cohesion.
