Rakhi Singh is a multi-faceted business leader with 15+ years of experience driving strategic initiatives, operational execution and growth across global organizations and entrepreneurial ventures. She has worked closely with CXO leadership as Chief of Staff, helping align strategy with execution, manage cross-functional projects, and build operating discipline across fast-growing businesses.

Most recently, Rakhi served as Director – Sales & Operations (APAC) and earlier as Chief of Staff at Innova Solutions, where she led strategic programs, DEI initiatives, operating rhythms, and special projects across regions. She has also built entrepreneurial experience as Founder of WattaFarm, a sustainable farming venture focused on aeroponics, giving her a strong execution lens from both corporate and startup environments.

Her earlier roles at Datamatics, WNS and Bank of America strengthened her foundation in service delivery, analytics, customer operations and team leadership.
