He has also served as faculty and facilitator with institutions such as Harvard Business Publishing, IIT Delhi, IIM Lucknow, and IIM Amritsar, teaching innovation, leadership, and strategic thinking. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Ameriprise Financial, PwC, and NIIT across strategy, consulting, analytics, and organizational development.
